The Circuit Method

The agent drafts. The rules decide.

Written decisions. Honest odds. Proof of cause.

I build revenue systems that tell the truth about the pipeline. You write the decision. You say the odds. You keep a record of what caused the result. An agent may draft the note. It does not own the rule.

What I teach

A course through the five stages. A book a team can use when I am not in the room. Strategy work on the pipeline review, the forecast call, routing, and approvals.

Five stages. One circuit.

The agent drafts. The rules decide.

A new lead comes in. Signal names what arrived. Switch applies the written rule and the odds. Current is the draft. Breaker is the person who approves a send. Ground brings the result back and asks what caused it.

  1. 01

    Signal

    A new lead arrives.

  2. 02

    Switch

A written rule says what to do, and you say the odds.

  3. 03

    Current

The note is drafted. It is not sent.

  4. 04

    Breaker

A person says yes, and the yes is written down.

  5. 05

    Ground

You check what happened against the odds you wrote.

The work behind it

I have spent more than twenty years in RevOps and sales leadership.

I wrote the method down so a team can repeat it.

Recorded. Measured. Proven.

You can read the rule. You can score the odds you wrote. You can see who approved the send. That is the proof on this site today.

Recorded

The rule and the approval are written down.

Measured

The odds you stated can be scored later.

Proven

You can say what caused the result.

A note from the notebook

Credit is not cause

An attribution report answers which touch was nearby. A forecast review has to ask what changed the result. Those are different questions.

Pipeline Autopsy

Free. Send a pipeline export. Get a scored report.

The report covers where deals die, which sources lie, rep reality, what will really close, and the rules that are missing.
